This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on microcomsupport.com, why they are used, and how you can control them.

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies can access information on a device or run browser-based checks. UK rules require clear information and, unless an exemption applies, consent before these technologies are used.

3. Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and other optional analytics, advertising, or profiling tags are not installed on this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also not currently active. The site’s security policy blocks those third-party script and connection domains.
Choosing “Accept all” does not load a service that is not installed. If we introduce an optional service, we will update this policy, identify its purpose, provider, and duration, change the consent version, and ask again before it loads.
4. Your choices
“Reject all” and “Accept all” are presented with equal prominence. “Customize” lets you set optional categories separately. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through this tool because the site needs them to protect forms, deliver pages, and remember your choice. The support form remains available whether you accept, reject, or have not yet made a cookie choice.
You can also remove cookies through your browser. Removing the consent cookie will make the banner appear again. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Changes to this policy
We review the site when services or providers change and periodically re-check live pages for unexpected tags. Material changes to optional technologies will trigger a new consent request.
