Should we not able to fix your computer problems that you have specified at the time of availing our support we shall refund back the entire amount. There shall be no refunds for one time service or once the service is delivered and you have certified that the service was satisfactory at the time of a post feedback call given to you by us.Should you have any billing queries, please feel free to write back to us at [email protected] . Should you raise any charge backs with the credit card without contacting us directly for cancellation or resolution of dispute if any, we are liable to pass on all your personal information collected during the service which shall include service logs of service and details of your peripherals to the concerned authority.
